500 Denier CORDURA® Classic is urethane-coated, features a durable water repellent (DWR) finish, and is available in four colors (black, navy blue, red, and royal blue). It’s end-uses run the gamut from luggage and backpacks to sport and duffel bags to briefcases, purses, and wallets to horse blankets to custom cases and covers. This medium-weight textile is made with high-tenacity, jet textured nylon 6.6 filament yarns.
TVF carries CORDURA® HP, which is printable with dye sublimation paper transfer (dye sub) inks and available in three colors (black, white, and taupe). Its applications extend from the more common like backpacks, luggage, custom bags, and outdoor gear to equestrian products and pet accessories. As durable as customers expect, urethane-coated CORDURA® HP includes a DWR finish.
Consistency – in color and long-lasting performance – is key for CORDURA® TrueLock™ fabric. Like its other CORDURA® fabric cousins, CORDURA® TrueLock™ has a DWR finish and is urethane coated, but it’s made through processes that require less water, energy, and carbon emissions to give it a smaller eco-footprint for manufacturing military and tactical gear, workwear and boots, bags and cases, luggage, and outdoor accessories.
1000 Denier CORDURA® Classic is also part of TVF’s CORDURA® fabric lineup. It comes in 30 color options and is urethane coated and made with a DWR finish. This heavy duty option is created with high-tenacity, air-jet-textured, 6.6 filament nylon yarns and great for uses like outdoor and military gear, luggage, duffel bags, backpacks, and briefcases… even upholstery, pet beds, and horse blankets.
