Employee ownership champion to take on prestigious role in April
CARMEL, Ind. March, 28, 2023 – TVF Learning & Development Director Lori Atone has been appointed to the board of directors for the National Center for Employee Ownership. Her three-year term begins April 1. TVF is 100% employee-owned and is considered a textile industry leader in expertise, product consistency, and a relentless focus on customer success.
The NCEO’s mission focuses on supporting the employee ownership community and helping employee ownership thrive. The organization’s board is made up of owners like Atone and ownership advisory professionals. The NCEO provides benefits to its members and serves as a critical source of reliable information and advocacy for employee ownership.
Empowered Ventures, which the 100% employee-owned holding company of TVF, is a proud NCEO member.
Atone is considered an employee ownership champion at TVF and her board appointment reflects her strong commitment to ownership mindset and culture. She is a founding member of the NCEO’s Innovative Communications Coalition and is a multi-time presenter at the NCEO’s Annual Conference and Fall Forum.
Atone also participates in national events with the ESOP Association, the world’s largest employee ownership advocacy organization. She serves on the TVF Ownership and Engagement Board, has developed internal lessons to inform owners of the benefits and responsibilities of ownership, and has harnessed external outreach opportunities to advocate for employee ownership.
Atone is part of a new, six-member class with the NCEO Board of Directors.
