SunMaster® is a solution-dyed solution. Featured on the lounge chairs in our ATA booth and on patios, canopies, outdoor covers, and more everywhere else, our ultra-durable 600 denier SunMaster® polyester is solution-dyed – making it better for the environment than many other colored textile options. The process involves adding color dye at the liquid stage of yarn production, saving water and energy by bypassing the liquid dyeing, rinsing, and machine drying of traditional methods where color is added afterward.
