Shannon Walters

Shannon Walters is the Customer Support Manager for TVF.  Shannon joined the TVF team in August 2021, with over 17 years of management experience.  She possesses a background in contact center operations, customer support, and key accounts management. Shannon has a passion for developing people and improving the overall experience for both internal and external customers.  Prior to joining TVF, Shannon held the role of Senior Operations Manager of Customer Care, for a large publishing company, playing an integral role in implementing a CRM platform, developing and documenting standard operating procedures, and leading a global customer support team.

Shannon was born, raised, and currently lives in Indiana.  She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, and has a Master’s degree in Management.  She also has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.  Shannon is extremely close to her family, and enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and their 11 year old daughter.  She loves watching HGTV homebuying shows, listening to music from the ‘90’s and binge-watching shows on Netflix.
