Our Colorado Light Polyester Jersey is a 4.9 oz., multi-use fabric that harnesses TVF’s exclusive PolyLux yarn to outperform comparable spun-polyester fabrics on the market. It’s unlikely to pill and possesses a lofty, cotton-like hand that it even maintains after dye sublimation paper transfer printing. This Made in USA fabric is optic white and won’t become shiny after printing vibrant images and patterns. Its advanced moisture management capabilities make it perfect for more contemporary uses like lighter-weight t-shirts, yogawear, and loungewear.
TVF’s 6 oz. 84/16 Full Dull Polyester Spandex Tricot is made with full-dull yarns and its warp-knit construction yields a tighter, more form-fitting, and slightly compressive fit. Dye sub printing will create crisp imagery. Its 4-way stretch and wicking finish provides top level performance and a nice hand for active shirts, compressive wear, workout gear, yogawear, rashguards, and cycling bike shorts without the sheen. The fabric’s tight, warp-knit construction helps make our 6 oz. 84/16 Full Dull Polyester Spandex Tricot opaque.
Our 5 oz. 96/4 Polyester Microfiber Spandex Woven provides more stretch with less spandex through its four-way stretch woven construction. Make a statement on board shorts, windbreakers, outdoor apparel, and surf apparel with its excellent dye sublimation paper transfer printing compatibility. It has great recovery from stretch after activity.
TVF’s 6.2 oz. Montana Polyester Fleece features fleece on one side, jersey face on the other. In optic white, this brilliant balance of insulation and breathability will help dye sub prints pop on the jersey side of fabric. Montana Fleece is Berry Compliant and Made in USA with a wicking finish that’s great for sweatshirts, hoodies, beanies, colder weather gear, cozy loungewear, and pet apparel.
