Michael is TVF's Fulfillment Associate and Outbound Lead. He is a hardworking, dedicated, high-performing member of TVF's Lebanon, IN fulfillment team. He always goes above and beyond to ensure high quality and on-time shipping. Michael also plays a huge role in training new Fulfillment Associates and helps set them up for success. He cares about his fellow team members and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Not only is he a great role model for new and existing TVF employee owners, he is a true ambassador for the employee ownership community.
